A few important points regarding Sparrows Point pool passes:
In 2008 two proximity sensor based pool passes were made available to each property owner/tenant where HOA dues were up to date.
It is the property owner’s responsibility to maintain control of these passes and any use is tracked by the security system. These passes remain with the property should it change residents.
It is the property owner’s responsibility to immediately notify Goldsmith Property Management (864-297-4970) if one or both of the cards are lost or stolen. Property owners will be held accountable for any unauthorized use of their cards.
Replacement cards are available at $5.00 each from Goldsmith Property Management (864-297-4970).
On Saturday May 23rd from 10 AM to Noon a board member will be at the pool to address any pool pass issues.
If you need to replace a pass please bring:
Photo Identification if you are the property owner
or
Photo Identification and a copy of your lease if you are a tenant
Payment for cards
Please do not bother if your dues are not paid.
